Research and Effectiveness

Studies have shown that intense light exposure can cause temporary vision impairment, known as flash blindness, leading to disorientation and a loss of visual acuity. By overwhelming the visual senses of an aggressor, HALAR™ disrupts their ability to accurately perceive their surroundings, providing authorities with valuable time to gain control of the situation.
