HALAR™ Optical Jamming system is a non-lethal multibeam LED emitter that temporarily distracts, disrupts, and denies threats the ability to acquire and engage targets, providing responders more time to evaluate a situation and execute the appropriate response.
HALAR™ is implemented in fixed and mobile form factors including a handheld flashlight, weapon attachment, a non-combusting and immediately reusable flashbang alternative, or in vehicle and small vessel mounts as well as inside schools, medical facilities, and other critical structures.
